Momogi Group Records 140.54% Export Growth in H1 2026, Strengthening Global Market Expansion

Jakarta, August 21, 2026 – Momogi Group recorded significant export growth in the first half of 2026 (H1 2026), with exports increasing by 140.54% year-on-year compared with H1 2025. From January to June 2026, the company exported more than 10 million pieces of products through over 80 TEUs of shipments, expanding its international market reach to several strategic markets, including Lebanon, Mongolia, Liberia, and Canada.

This growth forms part of Momogi Group’s strategy to strengthen its position as an increasingly competitive Indonesian snack food company in the global market through enhanced production capacity, product innovation, and the expansion of its international distribution network.

Growing global demand for Indonesian snack products is creating new opportunities for the country’s food industry to expand its export footprint. Supported by product competitiveness, improving manufacturing capabilities, and an increasingly extensive international trade network, exports have become an important pillar in driving the growth of Indonesia’s food and beverage industry. As one of Indonesia’s national snack food manufacturers, with a portfolio of more than 100 SKUs across seven brands, Momogi Group continues to strengthen its contribution to national export growth through sustainable international expansion.

The company’s export performance in H1 2026 was reflected not only in higher shipment volumes but also in its expanding international market penetration. During the first six months of the year, Momogi Group made its first exports to several new markets, including Lebanon and Iraq in January, Mongolia in February, Liberia in March, and Canada in May. Each export was carried out in collaboration with local partners in the respective markets to ensure effective distribution while establishing a strong foundation for long-term business growth.

“The increase in exports during H1 2026 reflects the results of our consistent international expansion strategy. We are seeing growing interest in Indonesian snack products, which encourages us to continuously strengthen product innovation, improve operational capabilities, and build strategic partnerships across different markets. For us, exports are not only about expanding our market reach, but also about bringing the quality and competitiveness of Indonesia’s food industry to the global stage,” said Servin Njoo, Director of Momogi Group.

The company’s export growth has also been supported by its expanding operational capabilities. Momogi Group currently has a domestic distribution network covering 34 provinces through more than 150 sub-distributors and approximately 30,000 outlets, providing a strong foundation for scaling production to meet international market demand.

In addition, the company continues to strengthen its research and development (R&D) capabilities, quality control, and supply chain efficiency to ensure that its products meet the standards required across various export destinations.

The outlook for Indonesia’s snack food exports also remains positive. According to data from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia, the food and beverage industry remains one of the key contributors to Indonesia’s manufacturing exports, supported by growing demand for processed food products across global markets. Meanwhile, Statista data indicates that the global snack food market continues to grow alongside rising consumer demand for convenient, innovative products with diverse flavors. This environment presents increasing opportunities for Indonesian manufacturers to expand their international market share through product innovation and differentiation.

Entering the second half of 2026, Momogi Group is targeting accelerated expansion into additional international markets while strengthening its presence in markets opened during H1. This momentum continued with the company’s shipment of products to Vietnam in July 2026, as part of the business synergy following the integration of Bibica Corporation into Momogi Group.

Going forward, Momogi Group will continue to expand collaborations with international partners, develop product innovations tailored to consumer preferences across different markets, and strengthen its position as an Indonesian snack food company with global competitiveness.

With consistent export growth, Momogi Group is optimistic about further expanding its contribution to Indonesia’s national export performance while bringing high-quality Indonesian products to more consumers around the world. The company remains committed to investing in innovation, quality, and strategic partnerships to drive sustainable business growth and create greater value for customers, business partners, and stakeholders.
