Momogi Group Earns 5-Star Rating at TOP Human Capital Awards 2026, Advancing Digital-Based Human Capital Transformation

Jakarta, October 30, 2026 – Momogi Group has once again received the 5-Star rating at the TOP Human Capital Awards 2026, organized by Top Business Magazine, marking its second consecutive year receiving the distinction. The company also received the The High Performing Human Capital Director 2026 award, presented to Marella Angela, VP of Momogi Group. These achievements reflect the company’s strategy to strengthen human capital management and development in response to rapid technological advancements.

The evolving landscape of talent development has encouraged companies to increase investments in learning and digital upskilling. According to the World Economic Forum’s Future of Jobs Report 2025, approximately 39% of workers’ existing skills are expected to change or become outdated over the 2025–2030 period. In response, Momogi Group is expanding its Human Capital approach beyond administrative functions by leveraging technology, data analytics, and competency development to support business decision-making.

One of the company’s key strategic initiatives is the implementation of the Smart Human Capital Management System (Smart HCMS), which integrates Artificial Intelligence (AI) and digitalization across various HR processes. Through this system, Momogi Group has developed 31 AI initiatives and 11 strategic digital projects to enhance human capital management. These initiatives include AskMowgi, an AI-powered HR chatbot that helps employees access information on HR policies and procedures, as well as the use of AI for operational automation, recruitment, and people analytics.

“Human capital transformation requires a balance between technology and people development. We leverage digitalization to improve the efficiency of HR processes while ensuring that employees have access to learning opportunities and competency development relevant to business needs. Through this approach, the HR function can make a more strategic contribution to the company’s overall performance,” said Marella Angela, VP of HRGA at Momogi Group.

Beyond system transformation, Momogi Group continues to strengthen employee competencies through an AI-powered digital learning platform. According to a publication by Top Business, the platform recorded 816 learning hours in a single month, supported by 83 videos, 78 AI-based learning content pieces, and 26 learning topics.

The 5-Star rating at the TOP Human Capital Awards 2026 and the The High Performing Human Capital Director 2026 recognition mark another milestone in Momogi Group’s journey toward building an adaptive, competitive organization focused on sustainable growth. Moving forward, Momogi Group will continue advancing its Smart HCMS through the optimization of AI technology, stronger people analytics capabilities, and enhanced talent development programs.
