Jakarta, 24 July 2026 – The business synergy between Momogi Group and Bibica Corporation, one of Vietnam’s leading confectionery manufacturers that officially joined Momogi Group in 2026, continues to gain momentum. At the Bibica National Customer Conference 2026, held on 9 July 2026, Bibica strengthened its partnership with distributors across Vietnam while introducing a range of new product innovations, including Momogi products, as part of its strategy to accelerate growth and reinforce its market position.
Held at The Empyrean Cam Ranh Beach Resort in Khanh Hoa, Vietnam, the annual conference brought together approximately 250 participants, including around 120 General Trade (GT) distributors and business owners from across the country, Bibica’s Board of Management, and leaders from the Sales, Marketing, Planning, Research & Development, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Export, and Human Resources divisions. The event served as a strategic platform to strengthen relationships with distributors, who play a critical role in the company’s long-term growth.
During the conference, Bibica unveiled a series of product innovations that will support its future growth strategy, including the Mooncake Collection 2026, Tet Festival Collection 2027, the introduction of the Momogi category in Vietnam, the next-generation Hura Sponge Cake, Quasure nutritional products featuring a No Added Sugar concept, and new innovations under the Zoo brand. These product launches reflect Bibica’s commitment to strengthening its competitiveness across multiple snack and confectionery categories while responding to evolving consumer preferences in Vietnam.
The conference also highlighted the growing synergy between Bibica and Momogi Group following the acquisition. The collaboration is now taking shape through product portfolio expansion, the exchange of expertise, and the optimization of distribution networks across Indonesia and Vietnam. The introduction of Momogi products into the Vietnamese market represents an important milestone in expanding the brand’s regional presence while offering consumers new snacking choices.
Bibica also reported strong business performance during the first half of 2026, recording 20% revenue growth compared with the same period last year. The positive results reflect the effectiveness of the company’s product innovation strategy, strengthened distribution network, and continued consumer confidence in Bibica’s brand portfolio.
Among the key contributors to this growth were the Mooncake and Tet Festival product categories, which generated approximately VND 400 billion in annual revenue. Meanwhile, Hura remained Bibica’s largest revenue contributor, while Zoo achieved an average annual growth rate of 22% between 2022 and 2025. Bibica also continues to expand its nutrition portfolio through Quasure, which offers No Added Sugar products to meet growing consumer demand for healthier food choices.
During the conference, Bibica introduced Momogi as one of the company’s new growth drivers. As one of Indonesia’s leading snack brands, Momogi is expected to strengthen Bibica’s product portfolio while creating new growth opportunities in Vietnam by combining product innovation with the extensive distribution capabilities of both companies.
“We see the Bibica National Customer Conference as an important platform to strengthen relationships with our distribution partners while introducing innovations that will drive future business growth. The strong enthusiasm shown by our distributors reinforces our confidence in the long-term potential of the Vietnamese market and Bibica’s future growth prospects,” said Servin Njoo, Director of Momogi Group.
He added that the acquisition of Bibica forms part of Momogi Group’s long-term strategy to build a stronger regional business platform across Southeast Asia.
“Since Bibica became part of Momogi Group, we have continued to develop various synergy initiatives, ranging from product portfolio exchanges and collaborative innovation to the optimization of our distribution networks in Indonesia and Vietnam. We believe this partnership will not only strengthen the competitiveness of both companies but also create sustainable value for customers, business partners, and stakeholders across Southeast Asia,” he said.
Through the Bibica National Customer Conference 2026, Momogi Group reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening cross-border collaboration, accelerating product innovation, and developing a more integrated regional distribution network. These initiatives form part of the company’s long-term strategy to drive sustainable growth while reinforcing its position as one of Southeast Asia’s leading snack food and beverage companies.
