Jakarta, 10 July 2026 – Momogi Group, one of Indonesia’s leading snack food and beverage manufacturers, together with Bibica, has taken an important step in realizing its post-acquisition synergy through the first export shipment of Momogi Fruit Series 20g to Vietnam. In this inaugural shipment, 18,808 cartons, equivalent to more than 600,000 pieces, were exported to Vietnam and will be distributed through the General Trade (GT) channel to reach consumers more broadly across the market.
This first export shipment represents a significant milestone in Momogi Group’s regional expansion strategy and marks the beginning of a closer business collaboration with Bibica following its official integration into Momogi Group. The partnership is expected to strengthen market penetration, expand product distribution, and create new growth opportunities for both companies across Southeast Asia.
Vietnam is considered one of the most promising markets for the snack food industry. According to Mordor Intelligence, Vietnam’s snack food market is projected to grow at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 7.08% between 2025 and 2030. The growth is supported by increasing urbanization, the expansion of the middle-class population, and evolving consumer lifestyles that are driving demand for convenient, innovative, and flavorful snack products.
As one of Vietnam’s leading confectionery companies, Bibica brings strong local market expertise and an extensive distribution network. Bibica’s presence strengthens Momogi Group’s expansion efforts in Vietnam while opening opportunities for complementary synergies through distribution collaboration, product development, and broader market access in both Vietnam and Indonesia.
“The first export shipment to Vietnam is a strategic milestone that marks the realization of the synergy between Momogi Group and Bibica. We are not only introducing Momogi products to the Vietnamese market, but also building a long-term collaborative foundation to strengthen both companies’ positions in Southeast Asia. This synergy will create broader growth opportunities by leveraging each company’s strengths in product innovation and distribution networks,” said Servin Njoo, Director of Momogi Group.
Meanwhile, Nguyễn Quốc Hoàng, General Director of Bibica, emphasized that the collaboration between the two companies will continue to be strengthened through the utilization of each company’s distribution capabilities.
“The first export of Momogi Fruit Series to Vietnam demonstrates that the synergy between Bibica and Momogi Group is already taking shape. Going forward, we will continue strengthening our collaboration through product portfolio exchanges and by leveraging both companies’ distribution networks in Vietnam and Indonesia. We are confident that this synergy will expand market reach, improve product availability for consumers, and drive sustainable business growth for both companies,” said Nguyễn Quốc Hoàng.
The product exported in this initial phase is Momogi Fruit Series, one of Momogi Group’s snack variants that offers a fruity taste experience and has been developed to meet consumer demand for practical snacks with diverse flavor options. The product will initially be available through the General Trade (GT) channel in Vietnam, with plans to gradually expand distribution to additional sales channels in the future.
The first export to Vietnam adds another destination to Momogi Group’s growing international export network, following its recent expansion into Canada, Iraq, Lebanon, and Mongolia. This milestone reflects the company’s commitment to expanding its international presence while strengthening the position of Indonesian snack products in global markets.
Looking ahead, Momogi Group and Bibica will continue exploring broader synergy opportunities, including cross-border distribution, product portfolio exchanges, and the development of market-specific innovations tailored to consumer needs in each country. Through this collaboration, both companies are optimistic about creating sustainable added value, strengthening regional competitiveness, and supporting Momogi Group’s vision of becoming one of Southeast Asia’s leading snack food companies.
