Bogor, March 10, 2026 — Momogi Group, a leading snack and beverage manufacturing company in Indonesia, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Vietnam-based confectionery company, Bibica Corporation, to explore potential collaboration in distributing Momogi products in Vietnam.
The agreement was signed at Momogi’s Research and Development (R&D) center, located within the company’s manufacturing facility in Bogor. This signing forms part of Momogi’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its brand presence across Southeast Asia.
Through this collaboration, both companies plan to combine their respective strengths in product innovation and distribution networks to introduce Momogi products to a broader consumer base in the Vietnamese market.
Previously, Momogi Group had also expanded its strategic footprint in Vietnam through the acquisition of Bibica Corporation. The signing of this MoU represents a continuation of that collaboration, particularly in exploring broader distribution opportunities for Momogi products in the country. Tuti Marlina, Vice President of International Business Development at Momogi Group, stated that this partnership marks an important step in the company’s regional market development.

As one of the long-established confectionery producers in Vietnam with an extensive nationwide distribution network, Bibica Corporation is considered a strategic partner in supporting the expansion of Momogi’s market reach. The MoU signing also marks an initial step toward deeper collaboration between the two companies, as discussions continue regarding potential future distribution arrangements.
